Lici brings a unique set of skills that sets her apart from other realtors. Her innate analytic nature coupled with her strong desire to guide others to a better financial well-being prompted her to write and publish a book called "The Mortgage Freedom Playbook" in 2021 to guide homeowners paying off their mortgages.

Since moving here from NYC two decades ago, Lici is proud to call the Granite State her home. In her down time, she brings her heart and hands to volunteer at the NH Food Bank helping hungry individuals and families. She was also a Big Sister to the Big Brother Big Sister Program in Nashua.
