About
I have been a full-time, NH licensed Real Estate Broker for over 43 years, navigating market crashes and high interest rates. My real estate journey began at 15, helping my parents with their properties. At 18, I obtained my NH real estate salesperson's license and joined Joan Blais Realty. By my first year, I joined the million-dollar sales club and earned the nickname "Wiz Kid."
With a marketing degree and extensive real estate training, I earned my broker's license and entered the multi-million dollar sales club the following year. I focused on new home developments, managing up to 30 pending sales at a time. By my mid-20s, I had accumulated 49 investment units.
I managed new construction sales, averaging over 100 new homes per year. I specialize in pre-foreclosure, REO sales, and short sales. After founding Access Realty Inc., I merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, offering top-tier real estate services backed by technology and extensive experience.
